When I look back I realise I have achieved a lot I have a 5th Dan black belt in Jujitsu as well as black belts in other martial arts. I have a good job as school staff instructor for CCF at a good private school, I have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. The past 2 years I have had a huge focus on my fitness so lost 5 stone, joined a gym and managed to do the paras 10 tab, and Birmingham half marathon end of 2018.
WHAT DO I WANT TO ACHIEVE?
This year I want to do another half marathon with my aim being to run a full marathon by end of this year or following year. I also want to do paras 10 again as well as the fan dance.
WHAT CHANGES AM I MAKING?
It's,a slow start because I injured my knee so I will start to build up my running miles each week along with my Bergen weight.
