I am a 43 year old Engineering Design Manager for a large Aerospace company. I am married to Callie and have an 12 year old daughter Emily. I am horribly unfit, but I made a decision 2 months ago to make a change from being stuck in the office for 12 hours a day, to get off my arse and get physical. So I went along to a running club in Milton Keynes and joined a Couch to 5Km and tomorrow 10th March 2018 I will attend the MK Park Run to try and run 5k in one go!!!
WHAT DO I WANT TO ACHIEVE?
I simply want to loose a stone in weight, my wobbly belly and my double chin!! Is a six pack to much to ask!

Started running, changing my diet and hopefully more to follow.
